  • 600 Bostwick Ln., Santa Cruz – Proposal to divide an existing 28,169 square foot parcel into three lots within the R-1-6 zone district, establish a 21- to 25-foot right-of-way and grade approximately 111 cubic yards. Requires approval of a Minor Land Division, Residential Development Permit for creation of a less than 40-foot wide right-of-way, Roadway/Roadside Exception, Overheight Fence approval, and a determination that the project is exempt from further review under the California Environmental Quality Act. 
  • 5701 Soquel Dr., Soquel – Proposal to demolish an existing garage, relocate an existing single-family dwelling, and construct 13 new townhomes and associated site improvements. Results in a 15-unit townhouse subdivision on a parcel with split zoning: RM-4 (Residential Multi-family 4, 000 SF minimum) and RM-6 (Residential Multi-family, 6,000 SF minimum). The project includes a request for a 43% density bonus in exchange for provision of two moderate income dwelling units. Project requires approval of a Subdivision, Residential Development Permit for creation of a less than 40-foot wide right-of-way, Roadway/Roadside Exception and adoption of a Negative Declaration pursuant to CEQA.
